In 2017, he decided to “retire” and start his own SEO agency out of his basement in New Berlin, WI. Since then, he has grown his company and his team to diversify into copywriting, social media marketing, technical SEO and more. While we have multi-million dollar clients, we remember our humble beginnings and are honored to work with businesses of all sizes.

Our Team
Herb Guenther
Founder, Principal
Herb is a knowledgeable SEO professional with more than 25 years of experience in the web industry. Growing up on a small dairy farm taught him the value of hard work and attending to his (bovine) clients!
When he is not plugging away for his customers, he enjoys biking with his bird, wife, and daughter. Yes, he literally bikes with his bird, Sammy, happily sitting on his handlebars.
He is also an avid gardener, reader, and dad-joke enthusiast. When you become our customer, hearing a dad joke at some point in our relationship is 100%-guaranteed!
Becca Guenther
Copywriter
Becca is our lead copywriter, having written outstanding content about everything from playgrounds to federal grants for home improvement. She attended UW-Milwaukee, earning her BS in Biochemistry and recently earning her MS in Education.
Becca is also an Air Force Veteran, serving as a navigator on the AWACS in Oklahoma City. In her off time, she enjoys biking with her parents, bonding with friends over coffee, and practicing the art of origami.
Ellen Vander Heyden
Founder EVH Marketing
With over 30 years of marketing and communications expertise, Ellen creates tailored programs that help you boost sales and meet corporate goals. She provides the benefits of an ad agency’s creativity and services, along with your marketing department’s strategic focus and brand commitment. While not a staff member, we enjoy serving her customers with SEO and other digital marketing services, while she brings branding and print, and digital design skills to meet our needs.
Her spare time is often spent enjoying time on the green golfing.

Manish is a web developer – WordPress – Divi, Elementor, Avada
Manish has worked with clients around the world. He has worked on a number of projects for ITH and has a great eye for design and UI. He also assists us with client website content and other updates.
When not working, he likes to play cricket on Sundays, and loves watching YouTube. He also enjoys spending time with his kids.

Disha performs Social Media Marketing (SMM) work for us and selected clients, including strategy and execution. She is an SMM and SEO consultant, Google Ads, and Content Marketing specialist with 7+ years of experience. She has worked on many different types of websites in several industries. She is also proficient in many SEO and content marketing-related skills, including keyword research, competitive analysis, SEO audits, editorial calendar creation, project management, and more.
